Well done and many congratulations for completing the run in record time. We
met back at the very beginning on the camp site at Heamoor just before you
set off. I just hope you did succeed in raising as much money as possible.

Just a note to express my admiration for your endurance and ability, Sharon.
We were some of the Harley Davidson bikers you passed (and we later passed
you!) in Moffat on Sunday. You are one remarkable lady!

Hi Sharon and crew,
It was good to catch up with you for a few miles the other evening.Glad to hear your running again despite your foot problems....You didnt think this little adventure was going to be easy did you?....These wee challenges we set ourselves usually throw up a problem or two but you and your "AWESOME" back up crew seem to have everything under control as you get closer and closer to your journeys goal.
There are no comfort zones left now ..so just press on ..get that record.. and you will have earned your week's sleep!!

Good luck Sharon
It seems ages ago that I ran with you on the second day and you're still
enduring all that pain and effort. Nearly there - what an achievement it
will be. Very few people can even imagine what you have accomplished and the
dedication you have. I am sure you will get the success you deserve.

Just been reading your website - you are doing so well! We walked up Roseberry Topping 2 days ago but didn't stay long to enjoy the view as swarms of insects descended on us. Hope they aren't bothering you up there in Scotland!
All the best - you're almost there.

I only read about your record attempt today on the Scottish Athletics website. I hope you make it. It is hugely impressive how you are making your way through. I admire your mental strength and your ability to grid your teeth. So, even if you do not manage the record, you've achieved something great!
Keep on going and do it!
Cheers,Christine

Nearly there now Sharon. I have been checking the website every night and willing you on to get that record. It's a fantastic achievement so far and I know that you will dig deep and do it.
Remember to stop when you hit J O G . That sea up there is a bit cold even at this time of year.
All the best.

Best of luck, and I hope the injury wears off. Sorry we were not able to cheer you on from the roadside. We could get you when you run back past to Lands End to get your car. Its a long way to go just for an icecream! (yes its an old joke, but when you're as knackered as you all must be it might even seem funny)
Best wishes,
Jonathan & Jo Whitehead.

You are doing awesomely well, I find it hard to articulate how much respect and
admiration I have for how well you have done, I thought it was a huge distance
to DRIVE from the border to lands end but to run it is a monumental
achievement!! I've followed your progress with huge interest, now that you're
in Scotland I know you're going to do it!! Very humbling for fun runners like
myself (how can I put off that run tonight now? ;-) )! Hope to meet you at the
round rotherham 50 in december. The best of luck for the home strait!!!

Great race you are running, I find it almost unbelievable that a human being is cappable to run the amount of miles you are right now. I have run some races from about 60 km, and I am unable to run the next day.........................
I'm following the race from the Netherlands, Hoping you will receive your goal !
Good luck!
